I almost forgot about My Photo of the Month. I guess I’m still getting into the habit.
Anyway, here’s my pick for February.
I already shared about my watercolor painting (and you guys floored me with your encouraging comments!) Last month is when I started doing it more frequently, and something about the colors just fit.

Gorgeous photo…those paints look so vibrant, and I love the splatters. I feel a little sad that my frame of reference made the brush into a syringe… but on second look I was glad that it was a paintbrush. Whew, subliminal mind I guess… Love the paints!
Oh yeah, I can see that. It’s also a pretty unusual brush, so it probably doesn’t fit the default paintbrush template in our brains. :)
