It’s time for the next installment of our occasional series of absurd, puzzling, and/or just plain silly reviews I found online! This time, the reviews are for four different things. I share excerpts from each review (with slight edits), comment on it, and include screenshots of the original posts.

Reviewed: Eagle Falls, Emerald Bay State Park, CA

“Nice views of the bay, but windy.”

Result: 5 stars for nature, despite the fact that it’s outdoors.

People’s Peculiar Park Opinions

There are reviews online for just about any space you can be in. Not only for the ones you’d expect, like restaurants or hotels, but also for places like parking garages — and parks. Sometimes they’re helpful, sometimes the reviewer just needs to vent, and sometimes they get a bit absurd.

The weird ones are the best.
